It was an emotional message about the loss of his father. Cousin Pat aka Dr. Patrick Argiro discusses what exactly is the right way or the wrong way to grieve.  Cousin Pat states if you want to cry then you cry!

There is complicated grief where you cant function due to grief however there is no correct way to take the loss of a loved one and if you have a rough day or a rough week then you assess yourself if you can and see where you are emotionally and if you need help then ask for it. Cousin Pat aka Dr. Patrick Argiro spoke to a Pastor, a therapist and a spiritual healer and was able to see why this pain started to come back. Ultimately he was focusing on materialistic items because he missed his dad and this is normal.

Crying or being sad is normal. These were our dads, moms, sisters, brothers, grandmothers, grandfathers, aunts, uncles, cousins, heck our pets.  Some of the deepest pain you will feel is when you lose a pet. These were people we grew up with and no two people will take a loss the same exact way.  Honor your loved ones!
